Pre-Ordering - Terms of Service
- Pre-Ordering Process: By placing a pre-order, you are reserving the product before it becomes available in stock. Your pre-order ensures that you will be prioritized and have the opportunity to purchase the item before it sells out.
- Estimated Arrival Dates: We provide estimated arrival dates for pre-ordered products based on information provided by our suppliers. Please note that these dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond our control. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes to the estimated arrival date.
- Payment: When you place a pre-order, payment is processed immediately to secure your reservation. This ensures that you will receive the product as soon as it becomes available.
- Delivery: Once the pre-ordered product arrives in stock, we will fulfill orders in the order they were received. You will receive a notification once your pre-order is ready for shipment. Please allow for additional processing and delivery time after the product becomes available.
Changes and Cancellations: If you wish to make changes to your pre-order or cancel it before the product is shipped, please contact our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes or cancellations may not always be possible once the pre-order is processed.
- Refunds: In the event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to unforeseen circumstances or stock availability, we will offer a full refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Product Availability: Please note that placing a pre-order does not guarantee availability of the product. While we strive to fulfill all pre-orders, circumstances may arise that prevent us from doing so. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a refund if necessary.
